I work where design meets code. I design the experience, then build it myself, so what you approve is what ships.
Most of my work starts with one question: what does the person on the other side of the screen need to know right now? A buyer wants the payment plan. A patient wants the co-pay. An engineer on call wants to know what to do next. I design around that answer, then test it with a keyboard, a screen reader and both languages.
